Highly versatile special purpose ink for the screen printing of personal plastic cards (e.g. check cards, credit cards and membership cards.) Can be laminated and embossed and is therefore also suitable for use on soft PVC materials such as watch strap. Matte, durable surface finish with high-coverage capacity. Can be overprinted by the offset process. Dries rapidly while reproducing fine details perfectly.
Maraflex FX is a very flexible, satin-matte and solvent-based screen printing ink for the printing and manufacturing of identity cards, smart cards, club cards and other laminated industrial parts such as printed car badges. Besides the standard color shades and a press-ready Silver, many more bronze formulas can be ordered as a special production. Other special products such as writable White or Varnish, IR-penetrable or color shades for lasers, lamination aids for offset ink and gloss varnishes are available on request. FX is also suitable for printing sheets made of rigid PVC, PETG or PETA.
