Excalibur Series Plastisol Inks are formulated with only the finest of raw materials and do not contain any heavy metals or DOP.
500 Series: General Purpose Lead Free, Superior Formulation, High Opacity 500 Series Plastisol Inks are highly versatile inks formulated for direct or cold peel transfer printing. They have great opacity and direct prints have a soft hand finish. Ideal for high speed automatics. 500 Series Inks are formulated to minimize build up. Available in a wide variety of popular colors.
	550 Series: Fluorescent Lead Free, Superior Formulation, High Opacity 550 Series Plastisol Inks are highly versatile inks formulated for direct or cold peel transfer printing. They have great opacity and direct prints have a soft hand finish. Ideal for high speed automatics. 550 Series Inks are formulated to minimize build up.
550 Series: High Opacity Ultra High Opacity 550 Series Plastisol Inks are available in a range of popular ultra high opacity colors for direct printing. In most cases they can be printed directly onto dark fabrics with no white underbase! NOTE: End user must determine suitability of any product for the intended use prior to production.
	600 Series: Process Four Color Direst Printing 600 Series Process can be used for four color process printing. To be printed on light backgrounds. Very soft hand.
700 / 900 Series: Specialty Rich, Bright Metallics, Super Sparkle Glitter 700/900 Series specialty products include Metallic Silver, Gold, Old Gold, Copper, Red, Royal, Purple, and Green Sparkle, Silver & Gold Glitter, Crystallina, and Glow-in-the-Dark. All metallic colors are non-tarnish. The 700 Series are for direct print. The 900 Series are for heat transfer.
	820 Series: Direct Print Puff Excellent Loft, Easy Puffing 820 Series Puff Plastisols are ready for use. They have an excellent loft and hand. 820 Series Puff Inks are extremely easy to puff. Available in a limited range of popular colors.
878SS Series: Puff Transfer Single Step Puff Transfers, Softest Possible Hand Feel 878SS Series is a single step puff transfer that doesn't need an adhesive backing. 878SS is available in White, Cream or Base. 878SS can be used with 900 and 950 Series Hot Split Inks, or 600SS Process Colors. 878SS Puff Transfers have the softest possible hand feel.
	900 Series: Hot Split Superior Hot Split Formulation, Excellent Opacity 900 Series Inks are highly versatile and are formulated for hot split or cold peel transfers. They have great opacity and can be used in combination with puff transfer inks. These lead free inks have a very soft hand and have excellent coverage on darks. 900 Series Inks release easily from transfer paper. 950 Series: High Opacity Brilliant Colors on Darks, Excellent Opacity 950 Series are highly versatile inks formulated for hot split or cold peel transfers. These lead free inks have a very soft hand and are very bright on dark garments. 950 Series Inks release easily from transfer paper. All inks gel under the same conditions for maximum consistency!

600SS Series: Process Super Strength Formula, Four Color Heat Transfers 600SS Series are highly pigmented process colors to make heat transfers. Ideal for glitter transfers and puff process transfers.
	996 Series: Litho Inks True Four Color Process Litho Inks Print on Litho Press for High Speed Litho/Plastisol Heat Transfer is a system whereby the design is printed with special 996 Series Litho Inks on high speed lithographic presses. The designs are then backed by screen printed 555 White Plastisol Ink. Litho inks will bond with the plastisol when heat transferred. 996 Series Litho Inks have excellent washability. NOTE: End user must determine suitability of any product for the intended use prior to production.
Standard Glitters Infinite Possibilities Excalibur Glitters are also available as glitter flakes or as ready-for-use plastisol screen printing ink. Glitter Flakes can be added to ink bases or be used in sprinkle effects or plastic molding.
	Metallic Sparkles Infinite Possibilities Excalibur Plastosol Glitter Ink can be used for direct printing or heat transfers. The glitter flakes are available in a wide range of colors and come in two sizes: .008" x .008" and .004" x .004". The larger flakes produce more intense lighting effects and the smaller size has a more subtle sparkling effect. Special effects printing will never be the same.
