The RapidTag machine is designed for printing tagless labels and for other jobs requiring a printable area of up to 6”x6”, such as sleeves, pockets, smaller garments or accessories, and even promotional items. It is the fastest screen printing machine on the market with speeds up to 2,000 units an hour! The RapidTag machine is completely adjustable with variable stroke, index speed, and cure time.
The RapidTag is a completely self contained process. The item is loaded, printed, and cured all within the same machine process. The standard machine utilizes 5 stations and 2 Rapid Curing stations. Custom machine builds are available according to your needs – more colors, larger pallets, etc. In addition to its industrial construction, it has a very compact footprint size of only 32 inches in diameter. The machine will produce opaque, crisp, and very durable prints on all items with ink costs running at 15% to 20% less than pad printing ink and 10X less than heat transfer labels! The screen printing inks used are nontoxic, nonflammable, and have shelf life 4-times longer than pad printing inks. The inks are ready to use, which means less waste, less mixing, and limited variables do deal with.

With it’s 5 stations and 2 flashes, the RapidTag labels and cures your substrate in a couple of seconds! Approximately one-tenth the set up time as plate making for pad printing. This one color machine is so fast you might require another person to help you keep up!
The automatic RapidTag has high-density quartz lamps for rapid curing, and uses standard plastisol inks with variable stroke, index and cure tent.
