  • The Neoflex Advantage – The Best Of All Printing Worlds

The Neoflex is the only printer on the market that converts between a direct to garment, solvent or edible ink printer and back again in a matter of minutes. This 2-minute switch gives you flexibility in the market and offers the ability to diversify the level of products you can offer to your customers. The NeoFlex was designed to grow with your business, providing you with an easy transition to test out the substrate market for just a small investment.

    • Option 1. Direct to Garment (DTG) – Digital Textile Printing

The NeoFlex textile option, or NeoTex, is the perfect machine for printing full color images with photorealistic quality on just about any garment. The NeoFlex allows the operator to print 3 average size light or dark garments in a single pass and in full and vibrant color. You’re art will no longer be limited by your printing method. With the NeoFlex, what you design is what you get. On average, the NeoTex can print over sixty white shirts per hour and twenty to thirty black shirts per hour.

    • Option 2. Solvent Printing

The NeoFlex’s flatbed solvent technology can be applied to a multitude of substrates including plastics, metals, glass, leather, ceramics and wood. Depending on its application, most media do not require pre or post treatment. The NeoFlex solvent option, or NeoSol, is capable of handling indoor signage, commercial prototyping, interior design, promotional products and more with average ink costs running under ten cents of ink, allowing for better profitable results. The NeoFlex’s large printable area allows the operator to load and print as many items that can be placed on the bed.

    • Option 3. Edible Printing

The Neoflex Edible Ink option prints amazing and delicious designs on cookies, cakes, pies, lollipops, candies and other foods you would like to be creative with. Edible Inks are perfectly safe to ingest after printing. Edimark inks are pigment based, specifically designed for jet printing onto tablets, capsules and other edible substrates for pharmaceutical, food or confectionery applications. The ink series includes solvent and aqueous variations, has good color and gloss as well as excellent water, scratch and smear resistance.

  • The Neoflex Advantage – Continuous Workflow

The NeoFlex printer head actually moves over the substrate allowing for a continuous workflow. For example, as the printer completes one item, you are able to load a new item; simultaneously as the machine is already printing the next and will cycle back and forth as many times as you instruct it to. With other machines on the market, the substrate is usually moving underneath the printer resulting in workflow inefficiencies because you are constantly waiting for the printer to finish a job before you reload, and the printer sits idle while you are reloading. With the Neoflex, you can reload over and over while the machine is doing other jobs. When other suppliers in the market say their printer can do 60 white shirts per hour, they are basing it off the idea that you will be able to print one shirt per minute, however, when changing the garments out, you are losing time, making it impossible to do 60 per hour. Now for the first time, with the continuous workflow of the Neoflex, you will finally be able to produce what you’ve been promised.

  • The Neoflex Advantage – SMPR Tecnology

The NeoFlex is the first printer to implement Smart Multi-Pass Recognition technology. The printer will recognize a multi-pass job such as printing on dark shirts, and will stop at the very last pixel and immediately move back to the beginning of the print to finish the next. This will significantly shorten your cycle time and offer you an edge over competitors with faster production capabilities

  • The Neoflex Advantage – Image Area

The NeoFlex has a forty-two inch by seventeen inch by 3-inch printable area. (42″x17″x3″) With the NeoFlex’s flatbed technology, the operator is able to print a single image the entire length of the bed or multiple images that fit within this generous printable area. You can also print 3 average sized t-shirts in a single pass. On average, the NeoTex can print over sixty white shirts per hour and twenty to thirty black shirts per hour. With regards to solvent, the NeoFlex’s large printable area allows the operator to load and print as many items that can be placed on the bed.

  • The Neoflex Advantage – Ink System

The NeoFlex comes in 3 different setups that are catered to your business needs – NeoTex with white ink, for printing on dark shirts, NeoTex with Dual C-M-Y-K, for the fastest white shirt production, and lastly the NeoSol solvent printing option.

    • NeoTex Inks

The NeoTex Inks are powered by DuPont technology and are at the pinnacle of digital textile printing. The NeoTex ink is able to print on a variety of textiles including one hundred percent cotton, cotton poly blends, and certain types one hundred percent polyester. The NeoTex inks come in both sealed cartridge and bulk feed systems to cater to your production needs. With the bulk feed system your average print on light shirts will run approximately twenty-five cents and 2 to 3 dollars of ink for dark shirts. The NeoTex ink system with our custom made color profiles produce vibrant results with maximum ink deposit.

    • NeoSol Inks

The NeoSol Inks are a mild solvent dye based ink. These inks do not possess the harsh solvent smell or caustic characteristics other solvent inks may. NeoSol Inks are perfectly balanced and are safe to use in your home and are able to print on just about any type of material without the use of pre or post-treatment. These inks are specially formulated for this NeoFlex system and do not need to be run everyday to prevent clogging.

    • NeoEdi Inks

Neoflex Edible inks are pigment based, specifically designed for jet printing onto tablets, capsules and other edible substrates for pharmaceutical, food or confectionery applications. The ink series includes solvent and aqueous variations, has good color and gloss as well as excellent water, scratch and smear resistance.

  • The Neoflex Advantage – Print Head

The NeoFlex is based on an Epson 4880 commercial grade printer with a print head rating of 45,000 impressions. In contrast to most other competitors’ machines, the NeoFlex print head has a Teflon coating that has drastically improved its vulnerability for nozzle clogs. The NeoFlex printer head actually moves over the substrate allowing for a continuous workflow. Which allows the operator to reload new items while the printer is still printing, making the Neoflex the only printer on the market that is able to utilize the Epson 4880′s maximum output; 20-30 dark shirts per hour, 60+ white shirts per hour on average.

  • The Neoflex Advantage – Performance System

The NeoFlex system comes equipped with auto clean functions to help prevent clogging for extended non-printing periods. The cleaning can be programmed per hour using the L-C-D control panel conveniently located at the front of the machine. The control panel also manages the forward and back, and up and down motions of the printer. Other options are featured within the functions menu such as front and rear speed control.

    • Servo Motor Control System

The powerful servo motor control system manages the NeoFlex’s movements on the Y and Z axes facilitating absolute precision and perfect registration on dark shirts every time. It is driven by a stainless steel precision drive screw and rides across a dual linear ball bearing transport system.

• Print 3 different colored shirts at once! The new NeoRIP Pro® now “knows” how much white ink to place on each shirt, enabling you to print on white, black, red, blue or any color shirt in the same pass.

• Reduced White Ink Cost Many of us know that white ink is one of the more expensive sides of digital garment printing, however with our new NeoRIP Pro software, we have dramatically decreased the amount of white ink usage on dark garments. Not only is the RIP able to determine where not print white ink, but it is also able to determine the minimum amount of white ink needed to order to achieve an accurate color output. An added benefit is also a much softer “hand” or feel to the shirt in comparison to other digitally or screen printed garments. The RIP also comes equipped with an ink cost calculator and a print time estimator offering the user better visibility and control over their cost of goods.

• No more color conversion In older RIP software, you would need to disable color spaces, covert colors and/or save it specifically to get the desired output. Now, the new NeoRIP Pro automatically coverts your color spaces to the correct profile for textile printing. This will save trouble with your graphics programs like Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator that are usually set for graphics for the internet or paper printing.
