We researched many DTG machines before we came across the NeoFlex printer by All American. The first thing that impressed us about the Neoflex was the way the machine was built. The base was sturdy compared to the other machines we saw, most of which were placed on top of a table. The NeoFlex is built with production in mind, you can set up three platen in a row for continuous uninterrupted printing. The NeoFlex RIP Pro software is second to none in its class, its easy to use while providing you with professional controls as well. When we went to see the NeoFlex the staff at All American was very helpful in explaining how the machine worked and you could tell they were very knowledgable about the product. The most important part was that they believe in their product and stand behind it. The team at All American is dedicated to always improving the quality that the NeoFlex puts out. Whether it be new print profiles that are released or sharing new tips and tricks, they do whatever it takes to insure that the NeoFlex produces the best printed products. Whenever you have a question they are just a phone call away. The will walk you through pretty much any issue you may be having. The community of NeoFlex owners is great. Most people who own the NeoFlex are more then willing to share tips and tricks with each other. Hey John,

I just wanted to thank you, and really everyone at All American for the last day and a half. As I expressed to you in the car ride on the way to the airport, I’m not sure what the exact word is to describe what All American does. Hospitable/kind/over and above/definition of customer service, you get the idea. What you guys have going on is something special and unique. Walking through the facility and interacting with different employees it is clear the people like their work and take pride in it. That is not easy to find in todays rush-rush-low price economy.

I got the impression that Peter is very ambitious and promises the stars. It is clear he has surrounded himself with talented people that can help him deliver. It is unfortunate I did not get to meet him, as I would of liked that very much, but I did have very limited time. I am writing this from my phone so I do not have his email, if you could please forward him this email I would appreciate it-anyone else you also feel should have a copy.

From the techs, to the warehouse guy, to the guy doing the sidewalk maintance this morning, to Peter’s son(I am real sorry I do not remember his name), to Sue(please thank her again for me), to the All Able John-or jungle as I think I heard them call you. I recently purchased the Neoflex. I decided to get the Neosol (solvent ink) and the NeoFlex (Textile ink). I had John from AA do my initial set up with the Neosol and couldn't believe that he was willing to help me over the phone until 2a.m.! Definately going above and beyond the call of duty to help me.
He also did my training on the NeoFlex last Friday and has, for the most part, been available to answer all my questions.

We have been using the Neoflex for just about a year now. We have had nothing but good experiences with it and All American Supply. We use our machine primarily for printing to hard surface. The machine is fantastic and with the new 6.2 software our ink cost calculations have become easier and easier. We are using the Neoflex to personalize individual names on single items. We have not found a system that would work better than the Neoflex. We just purchased our first refill of inks last week. Again we have had our machine for just about a year and we are just now buying inks (fantastic). We were expecting to go through inks much faster than this, but to our surprise have not needed to.

When we have needed assistance with the machine or have needed to buy supplies, All American Supply have been fantastic. Justin is just about the best guy I have had the opportunity to deal with. He always has the knowledge and patience to help me through any of the issues I have had.

We have three DTG printers. Our business is simple design high volume. We personalize as well as print to stock. Our volumes are approx. 300-400 shirts a day on two shifts. Our greatest challenge was determining the amount of pre-treat solution and setting the curing times. The printers do require daily maintenance which is critical to the quality of the print. If you follow the cleaning procedures that are documented in the manual you will have no problems. The Tech support and other members of the NEOFLEX team are always ready to help and provide support when needed. I would recommend this solution to anyone looking to enter the DTG market without reservations.

Your staff truly are intuitive with the machine and are always able to answer any questions immediately. Over the past few months we have continued to show the sequin designs in the resort wear and licensed markets and it has been well received. We are positive that the sequin designs will be our new niche in the market.

We bought our Neoflex in September and I have waited to post my opinions until now. Why? Honestly, I was waiting for something to go wrong so I would have a pro and con approach to my post. I can’t do that. The only cons (issues) have either been operator error, so minor they aren’t worth discussing or merely the challenges involved in learning a new machine and software.

Before we bought the Neoflex we had a DTG HM1 that we had nothing but problems with. It was our first printer and had us all so frustrated we were nearly ready to throw in the towel all together. We could not print more than a three shirt run without having to do a complete maintenance overhaul! We went with this printer because we were told that the WIMS system was the only way to go when using white ink. The print head stayed clogged and the quality of our shirts dramatically declined from shirt to shirt when printing any runs. The printer could not put out more than one decent shirt at a time. It just couldn’t keep up with us.

We unpacked the Neoflex, installed the software and printed a test shirt and it was flawless. That next day we had a 45 shirt run on black shirts, white ink underbase and full color. Again, flawless! It ran all 45 shirts without having to do any maintenance. No banding! No streaking! We can load three platens at a time and it will print all three in one pass! I cried! Literally. What was taking us 10+ hours to do before only took us 2 with the Neoflex. We have done very little maintenance to the machine other than your minor daily, weekly stuff. The closed ink system is so easy and clean. The amount of money that we have already saved in ink from not having to do 100 head cleanings over and over again to print a 4th shirt is unbelievable.

There is no doubt that we made the best choice! Not to mention, the customer service is stellar! Justin held our hand through the entire buying process, Sue took over while Justin was at the show in Vegas and she went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and were ready to go when the machine got here. We were treated like gold at the show when we picked up the machine and every phone call or email we have made since we started printing has been answered immediately! AND they follow up with you!! I thought customer service like that was dead!

Your Neoflex is a textile machine, but it should be marketed as a "money" machine. 3 months into my new Neoflex, I posted on the forum to praise your "awesome" company and service. Nearly a year later, we feel absolutely the same. Thanks again! You still need to come spend a weekend with us. Julie and I will give you the full "Yooper" experience. GO PACKERS!
