Aeoon Technologies proudly presents the Kyo Series, providing digital production on an industrial scale. Offering high resolution printing with speed, the Aeoon allows new design and production capabilities that were previously unattainable. The machine achieves print speeds of up to 800 T-shirts per hour, all formatted in perfect quality. Digital inkjet printing was once used for low volume or novelty production, but thanks to our new technology, it now can become the mainstream production method for garment decoration. The new machine design supports CMYK and white pigment ink for a wide variety of garments and mixed fibers. CMYK sublimation ink is available for direct printing on polyester fabrics and transfer papers.

Scalable Machine Platform
Customers can start with a cost-effective entry-level setup of the Aeoon to match current production demand. When production increases, upgrades are readily available to suit your needs. The Aeoon can be fitted with up to 12 print heads—with 2558 nozzles and native 600 dpi—and equipped with a wide variety of special features optimized to the precise needs of the customer.

Order Management
The machine can be intergraded in a fully automated production environment. We offer a complete package of automated RIP image processing and fully automated order management. We offer integration into an existing enterprise resource planning systems as well.

Support and Warranty
Aeoon Technologies has a team dedicated to perform all service and maintenance tasks. We also work with partners and resellers around the world to solve technical problems. Since many problems do not require a technician on-site, we have an in-house service and support team located at our headquarters in Kramsach, Austria that is available to our customers via email (support@aeoon.com) or phone. We offer a 1-year warranty on our machines. The Kyocera warranty is forwarded for the Kyocera KJ4B print heads.

The Printing Process
Our Aeoon RIP Software prepares all files for printing, readies white under base generation and automatically synchronizes the printable files with the machine. It’s possible to print on both light and dark garments. To print on light garments, you simply load the garment onto the pallet. Our state-of-the-art software allows you choose a design to print by touchscreen. The pretreatment solution can be applied manually or with our Aeoon Pretreatment-Station. During the printing process, the white under base is applied first then the color is printed on top. Finally, cure the printed garment with a heat press to preserve the print.  

Aeoon Inks
The Aeoon textile ink was developed exclusively for the Aeoon Kyo Series. Optimized to perform for industrial scale textile production, Aeoon textile ink offers the highest quality prints in terms of speed, brightness, and washability. Pigment and sublimation colors are available. We offer CMYK and white as well as additional spot colors. All inks are water-based and meet the highest environmental standards. Our ink is priced at a level that makes it competitive for mass production and enables the maximum printing speed.
